Modo Networks’ founding principle was to create a company that helps groom employees, customers, and solutions for the present and future. Our desire was to create jobs, assist veterans’ transition to the civilian workspace, and offer a place that nurtures the development of our employees.
Over the last 10 years, we have been fortunate to have great vendors, phenomenal customers, and some of the best employees we could ask for. It has been such a rewarding experience to work with the team of employees and vendors to offer solutions to our customers that solve business problems.
The vast majority of our customers continue to grow, and we are grateful to grow with them. We cannot talk about the last 10 years without mentioning what we are doing now to improve. We are introducing new initiatives internally to get our technicians more involved in their professional growth.
Providing a path for growth enables them to progress in their chosen specialty in a structured environment. This process results in extremely low turnover rates for employees and customers over the years.
When we talk about Modo, everyone in the company is passionate about what we do.. We all have a drive to improve and help our customers be successful. This is pivotal to our success; we push ourselves to do better and are constantly striving to raise the bar higher. This passion to serve allowed us to achieve our Microsoft Gold Partnership this year in multiple competencies.
